- Customers have the right to return faulty goods up to 90 working days after the delivery day.
- Customers need to return the products back to us at your own cost.
- Customers have a duty of care while the goods are in their possession.
- For faulty items, please explain clearly the original fault with the laptop or PC.
- For returns to be processed quickly and effectively our packaging guidelines must be followed.
